I'm silly, energetic, and love to snowboard, hike, travel & play sports.
I'm the founder and head physio of move mender.
The move mender method is a movement-focused approach designed to empower you to overcome physical niggles, injuries & limitations.
Our mission is to help you rebuild your strength, restore confidence & develop the capacity to move freely - so you can keep doing the activities you love.

Our head physio meg is a full timer traveller, exploring Australia with her partner out of a 79 series LandCruiser.
While she is exploring, she does offgrid physio in remote locations where services are hard to come by. This is constantly changing and is fostered organically by demand.
